The salt and pepper chips were first class,the salt and pepper chicken was also very good, but the dry ribs were very bland and tasteless. I would go back but wouldn't get the ribs.
Women behind the counter is absolutly vile, discusting human being, food also matched that suprizingly went in bin ????. She made a comment towards us whilst sat waiting inside, of which we thought we had heard wrong, we said sorry she then basicly slung food through hatch and told us to get out of this shop, leave now! Extreamly strange behavoir and a very vile women. Is the only way to describe her. Hopefully others read reviews before buying food from here unlike us. Doesnt deserve 1star. Chinese usually very good, but this time lady was so rude. Ordered noodles with bean sprouts got my order, but was not right so went back to get it changed. They tried to change it twice but still got it wrong. So showed them a picture lady said I was messing them about with my order and that they didn’t serve what I ordered which they do as I had it a few nights before. I asked to speak to a manager about 10 times and the lady on the till point blank refused and just shut the door in my face and gave me my money back. Was so rude, also do not try and ring for collection as you just get “User Busy” all of the time, she unplugs the phone
Do not go here! I wouldn't give it one star if I didn't have to! The woman who took our order was so rude I have never known anything like it in my life, she said a comment in passing that we couldn't here so i asked her what she had said she slammed the wooden door on my face and told me to get out of the shop. I then went to the screen and said its a question thats all she shouted at me to get out of the shop now, the food was disgusting all went in bin, if I wasn't staying in a friends caravan not wanting to cause trouble I would have thrown the food at her! Absolutely appalling behaviour from someone who is supposed to work in customer service! Everyone has the same opinion of this woman from the reviews so I'm glad its not just me, totally ruined my evening, I will never return here! This woman needs sacking instantly! Im amazed after reading these reviews that she hasn't been sacked already! She shouldn't be working around people with the anger issues she has its scary, hope she jumps off a cliff.
Good food, shame that they dont deliver or have a card machine. Worth going if your local. Spend £19 and get free prawn crackers. Inwould use again if in the area
We go here every time we in Skegness on holiday food never been a problem yes the woman behind counter isn't much use and very rude phoning order though to collect en she hangs up straight away no that's so and so £'s nothing...... But food always been nice always ready on time and pipping hot there's always enough for a sod it tea next day brilliant thankyou ..... SEE U IN 3 WEEKS ????

I have never spoken to anyone so rude. She put the phone down on me twice whilst trying to order. She threw my change at me and was extremely rude. I so wish I'd caught it all on camera . The food was not to bad though if you can cope with the terrible customer service.
